April 6: Board Meeting. Minutes.
May 17: Board Meeting. Minutes.
June 14: Board Meeting cancelled due to travel and illness of board members.
August 15: Board Meeting.
November 15: Board Meeting. Minutes.
December: At the direction of the Secretary, written ballots for the Board of Directors will be mailed to each property owner at the address of record. Ballots to be returned no later than February 29, 2024.
2024
January: Board of Directors appoints Nominating Committee for upcoming year.
February: At the direction of the Secretary, written notice of annual meeting is mailed to address of record for each property owner.
March 1 - (prior to date of Annual Meeting): Board of Directors tabulates election results.
March: Annual meeting of homeowners. Nominating Committee announced. Results of election to Board of Directors announced.
March 2024 - March 2025: Nominating Committee seeks candidates for nomination to the Board of Directors.
