The Bethel Creek homeowners association members are the current lot owners of the 63 lots within the Bethel Creek subdivision. HOA dues are assessed annually and sent out in January of each year. Dues are used to maintain the common areas, street lights, and roads.
All lots are subject to the covenants, conditions, and restrictions recorded with Perquimans County. Prior to building a structure on a Bethel Creek subdivision lot, owners should review the covenants to ensure the design is compliant. Contact the
Trash and Recycling. The subdivision does not have a pick-up service. Perquimans County has Convenience Centers in several locations. The closest one is just north of Snug Harbor on 17 on the left/west side of the highway, right next to the Duck Thru.
